Following five months of working together in structured teams, 100+ legal department leaders, law firm partners, and DEI experts pitched their innovative solutions at Diversity Lab’s 2024 “Movements to Movements Hackathon” to a dozen influential judges and 200+ spectators.
More than 90 leading law firms in the US, UK, and Canada announced they are partnering with Diversity Lab to continue building a culture of inclusion for people with disabilities by implementing one or more of the actions listed on the recently launched Disability Inclusion Commitments.
Undeterred by the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmative action ruling and a raft of lawsuits targeting diversity initiatives at major corporations, leaders from 61 legal departments announced that their diversity commitments were strong enough to earn Mansfield Rule 2.0 certification this year.
