Inclusive Leadership Habits helps leaders cultivate inclusive cultures through intentional, repeatable actions. This pilot program offers lawyers with 8+ years of experience the chance to choose from 20 leadership actions across four core skills: providing effective feedback, collaborating across differences, advocating for individuals with varied backgrounds, and broadening perspectives.
