Counsel Spotlight helps corporate legal departments expand their network of outside counsel to include partners from Mansfield firms in the US and Canada with a wide array of expertise. Born out of the experiments launched via the Move the Needle Fund, the directory includes 1,000 partners from various backgrounds, including veterans, first-generation college graduates, women lawyers, lawyers from underrepresented racial/ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities.
