Vance Alan Graves (he/they) joined the Diversity Lab team in 2023. After graduating from Davidson College with a BS in Psychology in 2019, Vance relocated to New York City where he worked for The Trevor Project. There, Vance was able to hone their skills in project management, event planning, and research. Given his passion for and history working with the queer community, Vance is eager to bring his perspective and talents to Diversity Lab.
