Jen is a collaborative, team-oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in talent development, project management, and team and volunteer engagement. As Diversity Lab’s Senior Director of Operations & Talent Development, she drives the successful implementation of HR, talent development, and operational initiatives, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and an innovative culture of collaboration, flexibility, and growth.
Before joining Diversity Lab, she directed Arnold & Porter’s firmwide professional development initiatives and served as NALP’s Director of Education, overseeing the program development and execution of their educational conferences.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading, and exploring the woods with her dogs.
