Background

With over a decade of experience leading strategic communication initiatives across both public and private sectors, including local government, architecture & engineering, and higher education, Victoria specializes in content strategy and strengthening digital connections between organizations and their communities.

She received her B.A. in Communications from UC San Diego and earned her M.S. in Communication Management from the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University. She previously served on the Young Professionals Advisory Board for the Los Angeles Music and Arts School.

As the author of “First-Gen, NextGen: A Guide to Thriving as a First-Generation Latinx in the Next Generation of the American Workforce,” she examines workplace experiences through the lens of first-generation Latino/a professionals. Her work explores the cultural factors that shape career trajectories and provides actionable guidance for emerging leaders.
