As one of the most business-minded lawyers in the profession, Laura has added her considerable expertise to Diversity Lab for over 7 years and now serves as our Senior Advisor. She provides oversight, feedback, and strategic counseling on talent policies, practices, and pilots facilitated by Diversity Lab in collaboration with our 400 law firm and legal department clients. She often leads knowledge sharing and learning exchanges with our team and external stakeholders, including agencies, academics, clients, and community leaders.
