Rishi is the Chief Legal and Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary and Board Member at Cargill. He is the former General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Hewlett Packard Enterprise overseeing Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s legal department globally and its nationwide pro bono campaigns. Rishi and his team handle HPE’s corporate governance, strategic acquisitions, divestitures and investments, litigation, intellectual property, and more. Rishi holds a JD from the Georgtown University Law Center, and also graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Rishi oversees HPE’s nationwide pro bono campaigns and has worked with Tahirih’s Houston office on various matters including visa and asylum cases.
In addition to serving on the Tahirih board, Rishi serves on the board of the Texas Asia Society, the leading educational organization promoting mutual understanding and strengthening partnerships among the peoples, leaders, and institutions of Asia and the West
