Jen joined Diversity Lab in 2022 with nearly 30 years of experience in training, development, engagement, project planning and volunteer management. She believes in collaboration, the importance of lifelong learning, and the power of diverse perspectives to solve the challenges facing today’s workplace.
Jen spent the last two decades in the legal industry, first as NALP’s Director of Education, where she partnered with a committee of trailblazers in Professional Development and ALI-CLE on the inaugural Professional Development Institute. She also pioneered an RFP process that engaged additional members/consultants as conference faculty to enrich the scope of programming offered at NALP’s educational conferences.
Most recently she served as the Director of Professional Development at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where she collaborated with professional staff and lawyers to advance the learning and development goals of the firm’s lawyers. She is particularly proud of the innovative associate retreat programs they developed which provided opportunities to learn-by-doing in a supportive environment.
