Virtual Mansfield Client Forums

  • What to Expect: Meet in-house counsel peers and rising stars from Mansfield Certified firms for a day of knowledge sharing and community building.

    Who is Invited: Legal department leaders along newly promoted partners and senior associates with 6+ years of experience at Mansfield Certified Firms. Last year, more than 800 partners from over 180 law firms participated.
  • When: Thursday, March 6, 2025, hosted by Walgreen Co., and Wednesday, March 26, 2025, hosted by Gilead Sciences.

Virtual  Mansfield Pitch Practice 

  • What to Expect: Participating lawyers from Mansfield Plus firms will hone their pitch skills, receive feedback, and meet legal department leaders who share a commitment to a more inclusive legal profession.
  • Who is Invited: Newly promoted partners and senior associates with 6+ years of experience at Mansfield Plus firms.
  • Why Attend: This is a great opportunity for legal department leaders to make new connections with the next generation of law firm leaders, provide practical and impactful feedback, and begin cultivating relationships they can foster over time.

  • What to Expect: Mansfield Connect Live offers a unique opportunity for legal department leaders to connect, collaborate, and stay at the forefront of creating an inclusive legal profession for everyone. Legal department leaders will connect with each other before joining law firms’ Mansfield Partner Champions for a broader conversation about inclusive talent systems.
  • Agenda: In-house counsel attendees will gain valuable insights from ten years of Diversity Lab data on advancing inclusive talent practices. Following a comprehensive briefing, legal department participants will engage in peer-to-peer discussions (with fellow legal department leaders) about their ongoing inclusion efforts.
  • Networking: Leaders will be invited to participate in a structured networking session with Mansfield Partner Champions from Mansfield Certified law firms. This interactive session will foster collaboration and explore ways to strengthen partnerships between law firms and legal departments.
